Our Alternate Assets platform is being established to offer investors access to curated strategies across AIFs, SPVs, and bespoke managed vehicles. The focus is on differentiated opportunities across private credit, venture capital, and hybrid instruments that deliver risk-adjusted performance with strong governance. The platform is designed to combine institutional processes with flexible structuring suited to sophisticated investors, family offices, and global LPs seeking exposure to Indian markets. Regulatory and operational structures for the platform are substantially in place, with fund launches expected soon as we expand our footprint in the alternative investment ecosystem.
